How do I order?
Download the Pizza Smile App. It's the fastest and safest way.
No waiting on the phone and no misunderstandings with the cashier. You choose, taking your time, right from your couch.
Plus, only on the App will you find discounts and earn Fidelity points.
Can I pre-order pizzas for tomorrow?
Absolutely.
You can order in the morning for the evening. Or today for Saturday.
This way, you get it off your mind and lock in the best time slots in advance.
Why should I register on the App?

Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to Adria, Porto Viro (including Contarina and Donada), Chioggia and Sottomarina, Cavarzere, and Loreo.
To know exactly if we cover your street, use the address-check form on the home page. It will also tell you which store your pizza comes from. Then, the App will confirm it when you order.
How long does it take for the pizza to arrive?
On the App, you always choose the delivery time.
The first available slot is about 30 minutes from the moment you order.
This is the time we need to prepare, bake, and arrive at your doorstep.
Does the pizza arrive hot?
It arrives at a constant 84°C.
Our Ninja Riders don't use flimsy bags. They use mobile electric ovens.
When the rider opens the box on your doormat, you'll see the steam coming out.
How does the Garanzia 120% work?
If we arrive more than 30 minutes late compared to the time you chose on the App, the guarantee kicks in.
We will refund the entire value of your order. And we'll add an extra 20% for the inconvenience.

Coupons, Cash Back Weekend, and Fidelity Points
How do I use a discount code?
Enter it before confirming your order on the App.
Go to checkout, look for the 'Hai un codice sconto?' field, and type it in. Click on 'Applica' and the total updates immediately.
Promotions cannot be combined: you can use only one promotion or coupon per order.
How does the Cash Back Weekend work?
Order on Saturday or Sunday, with no minimum order.
15% of what you spend turns into an automatic coupon.
You'll find it in the App and you can use it from Monday to Friday of the following week.
How does the Fidelity Smile Club work?
Every euro spent on the App gives you 10 points.
The points turn into Fidelity rewards to use from Monday to Friday: 1500 points equal a 5€ reward (minimum order 15€), 3000 points equal a 10€ reward (minimum order 24€), 6000 points equal a 20€ reward (minimum order 40€).
When do the points expire?

How does Porta un Amico work?
An automation in the App sends a WhatsApp message to your friend with your referral code.
If they download the App and enter the code, they get a 5€ bonus on their first order.
When they use their coupon, you'll receive a push notification with a 5€ coupon for yourself.

What is the Impasto Polesanissimo®?
It's our signature.
A dough that rests for 48 hours in our Meditation Room at a controlled temperature.
For the Polesanissimo®, we use flours from Mulino Padano. It's born for delivery: it stays crispy during the trip and is super easy to digest.

What mozzarella do you put on the pizza?
No nameless cheese out of a plastic bag.
We use Fiordilatte from Caseificio Nobili. And for some pizzas, where the recipe calls for it, we use Mozzarella di latte di bufala from Caseificio Scacco.

Locations, Pickup, and Table Service
What are your opening hours?
Our ovens turn on in the late afternoon.
In Porto Viro, we open from 17:00 to 22:00. In Chioggia Sottomarina from 17:30 to 23:00 and in Cavarzere from 17:30 to 22:00. These locations have no closing days.
In Adria, you can find us from 18:00 to 22:00.
Updated hours are always visible on the home page, in your city's section.
Until what time can I order?
The closing times for deliveries and pickups are earlier than the store's closing time.
Usually, we take the last orders between 21:30 and 22:00, depending on the day and the pizzeria.
To know what the last available time slot is for your home, check the delivery-area form on our website or directly in the App.
What is your day off?
Porto Viro, Sottomarina, and Cavarzere are open 7 days a week.
In Adria, there is always one pizzeria open: Pizza Smile 1 is closed on Mondays, Pizza Smile 2 is closed on Tuesdays.
Can I pick up the pizza in person?
Sure, and it's worth it.
Every night we're open, if you order from the App and choose pickup at the pizzeria, you get a flat 10% discount.

Do you have tables to eat at the pizzeria?
Yes, at the Sottomarina and Cavarzere locations.
There you will find full table service, a dedicated menu, and the right atmosphere for a night out. You can book your table at Sottomarina or Cavarzere directly online.
Why are there two different menus in Adria?
In Adria, we have two specialized locations.
Pizza Smile 1 produces our famous pan pizza (pizza in teglia). Pizza Smile 2 is the realm of our artisanal burgers.
Both make classic and special pizzas, but if you're looking for pan pizza or burgers, choose the right location on the App.

How do I work with you?
We are looking for various roles to expand our team.
Besides delivery drivers (our Ninja Riders), we are also looking for cashiers, pizza makers, assistant pizza makers, and cooks.

What are the requirements for Ninja Riders?
Do you want an evening job with set hours and secure pay?
You just need a scooter license (50cc) and a great willingness to work. No previous experience required.
You don't have to use your own vehicle: we provide the uniform and the company electric scooter. And with our App, you don't even need to memorize all the streets.
