2026 points programme
In short
Every euro spent in the App is worth 10 points. By 31 October 2026 convert your points into Fidelity rewards (5 €, 10 € or 20 €, depending on the threshold you reach): if you don't, they reset to zero on 1 November, whether you had 100 or 10,000. The rewards you've converted stay yours: you can use them until 30 November 2026, Monday to Friday, then they expire too. The day after, a new points collection begins, identical to this one.

All Pizza Smile customers who make purchases through the App.

Italy, in the locations where Pizza Smile outlets are situated.
How points are collected
- 10 points for every euro spent in the Pizza Smile App.
- Fractions of a euro do not earn points.
- Points are collected automatically with each order placed in the App.
- Points collection period: from 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2026.
- The balance can be checked in the App under «Fidelity» → «My card» and is updated in real time after each purchase.
How points become Fidelity rewards
- Points must be converted into Fidelity rewards by 31 October 2026.
- On 1 November 2026, any points not converted are reset to zero and a new collection begins.
- Fidelity rewards obtained may be used no later than 30 November 2026: after that date they are cancelled.
Thresholds and minimum order
- 1,500 points → 5 € Fidelity reward, minimum order 15 € (excluding delivery charges).
- 3,000 points → 10 € Fidelity reward, minimum order 24 € (excluding delivery charges).
- 6,000 points → 20 € Fidelity reward, minimum order 40 € (excluding delivery charges).
How Fidelity rewards may be used
- Valid Monday to Friday (excluding Saturday and Sunday).
- May be used for orders placed in the App, for collection or home delivery.
- Only one Fidelity reward per order; no change is given.
- Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
What happens on 1 November
The points programme applies only to purchases made in the App. Anyone who does not convert their points into Fidelity rewards by 31 October 2026 loses them: on 1 November 2026 they are reset to zero and a new points programme begins, identical to this one.
Acceptance of the terms and conditions
Participation in the points programme constitutes unconditional acceptance of all clauses of these terms and conditions.
