How we make sure we never ruin your evening.

Everyone claims to make good pizza. We prefer to show you how we get it to your table perfectly.

We do this with the Sistema Pizz@Casa. It's not magic; it's an obsession with details.

1. The dough that won't wake you up at night.
It all starts in Bottrighe, in our centralized lab. Here, Andrea Tessarin's hands prepare the Polesanissimo® dough.
We use flour from Mulino Padano. One hundred percent Italian grains.
Then, the magic happens: the dough rests for 48 hours in our Meditation Room, at controlled temperature and humidity. The gluten breaks down naturally.
The result? Forget the water bottle on your nightstand at three in the morning.
2. The first and last names of quality.
There are no anonymous ingredients on our pizzas. There are the faces of our suppliers.
The sweet tomato is Mutti. The creamy fiordilatte is from the Nobili dairy.
The mozzarella di latte di bufala is Scacco: one hundred percent Venetian, fresh, and never frozen.
3. The 84°C boxes.
Our scooters don't use thermal bags: they are equipped with actual mobile ovens.
They are electric boxes that maintain a constant temperature of 84 degrees. They manage humidity so the crust doesn't get chewy.
When the rider rings the doorbell and opens the box, steam comes out. The pizza is literally pulled out of the oven right on your doormat.
4. The Garanzia 120%.
With our app, you choose the delivery time. In the app, you see the rider moving on the map in real-time.
No misunderstandings over the phone, no endless waiting.
And if something goes wrong?
If our rider arrives more than 30 minutes late compared to the time you chose, we take full responsibility.
We will refund the entire value of the order, plus an extra 20% for the inconvenience, with a coupon to use in the app.
Zero excuses, zero arguments: if we get the time wrong, we pay.

From a small idea to the delivery revolution.

All of this wasn't built in a day.

We started from the bottom, learning from our mistakes and listening to people who, like you, just wanted to eat well at home.

Here are the milestones that got us here.

February 1, 2006: The adventure begins.
Gabrio Tessarin opens the first Pizza Smile in Adria. The idea is simple: delivery pizza shouldn't be a compromise.
20 — The years from the first pizzeria to today.
December 10, 2010: Doubling down.
Pizza Smile 2 opens, also in Adria.
2 — The different menus in Adria today: Pizza Smile 1 for pan pizza, Pizza Smile 2 for our artisanal burgers.
May 3, 2021: Arrival in Chioggia.
Chioggia opens, and it hasn't closed since.
Today, relocated to the Lungomare Adriatico in Sottomarina, it is the only location with beachfront table service.
1 — Our current ranking on TripAdvisor out of all 77 restaurants in Sottomarina.
March 21, 2022: We arrive in Porto Viro.
Pizza Smile opens in Porto Viro. After Adria and Chioggia, Pizza Smile makes it there too.
16 — The years between the first pizzeria in Adria and the opening in Porto Viro.
2022: Milan rewards us.
We participate in the SMAU in Milan. We are not a Silicon Valley startup; we are a provincial pizzeria.
But we bring the Sistema Pizz@Casa to Milan and win the SMAU Innovation Award.
84 — The degrees of our mobile ovens, the most visible part of the Sistema Pizz@Casa awarded in Milan.
March 2026: The family grows again.
Pizza Smile arrives in Cavarzere, with tables and a dedicated menu, and the same promise as always: bringing America to the province, without losing our roots.
